Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products used or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Products purchased under clearance, final sale, or special discount offers (unless defective).
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging condition.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your order details.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in original packaging.
  4. Ship the item as instructed or arrange pickup if available.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.


6. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Replacement stock is available.

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to the return policy.


8. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • The customer is responsible for safe packaging during return shipment.

9. Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days
  • Refund initiation: 5–7 business days
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
